I have a selvhenter account with Telenor.
Last thursday i tried to purchase some prepaid minutes. After going thru all the steps, the bank system said the payment was approved, and so did (temporarily) my selvhenter account. Only to find out that the payment had not gone through due to a failure of the telenor system.
Now 5 days later the system is still down and i am not capable of making calls or sending messages.
I talked to Telenor support nummerous times, and the only thing i get is a weak apologiy that they are working on it. Which is fine the first time you hear that, but not when you get the same apology 6 times in a row.
Today the supporter of Telenor actually had the nerve to suggest is should take a subscription with them to solve the problem. In other words you screw it up and i need to sign on for a longer period with you. :-/
Really hope you guys can come with a solution since the rate you are going , you are going to miss all the customers of this selvhenter system. But maybe that is the idea, since your support wants to sign us up for subscriptions???
The problem was resolved last week, though i only today get an update from Telenor. No compensation, no indication of when the reserved payments are going to be released back on my bank account, unless i take action myself. A bit too litle to late in my opinion
I have been going to Fitnessdk for a couple of years now. And in the beginning is was glad to pay a little extra for a bit more service than at other centers.
But the last 2 years i see that whenever you report a broken machine no action is taken. I play squash at Adelgade for over 2 years and i believe we reported the loose back wall on one of the squash courts during our first game. Now 2 years later they still have not fixed it nor do they seem overly troubled about it. The same goes for some of the treadmills.
