Zappos
Great Service, Okay prices
I love Zappos overall, I've always had great luck with their quality and the service they provide. I do think sometimes the price isn't the best available (its usually close though), although their inventory is just phenomenal. Great company overall.
Saatvamattress
Great Mattress, Excellent Value
I found Saatva through a google search and then did lots of research online about the company. The reviews were mostly glowing. After shopping for sometime I never saw a super premium product at such a low price. I called and got a great customer service rep who answered my many questions. I bought it and have owned the mattress for 4 months now. The bed is just great, its a nice balance between comfort and support. Its been a fantastic experience overall, I wish more companies were like this.
Ebay
Too old UI, but irreplacable
I use ebay all the time but am frustrated by the site errors (look up an ebaymotors car on your android by make/ model for example and it totally mucks it up). I also think the UI is too old and there could be a little more innovation. But its also one of the most useful sites on the Internet. I just wish it were better.
