Purchased this bed back in March 2013. November 2013 the frame at the foot, head and centre bar 'collapsed'. Contacted Mattress Next Day and told we would have replacement parts sent out and they would be delivered the next day. Six days (and 5 nights sleeping on mattress on the floor!) later the parts still not arrived. Could not tell us who the courier was so could not track the parts. Tried to locate parts, they called back to say they had not been sent out . Did not want replacement parts as "the bed was obviously faulty" - according to the staff member. Could not have a refund their policy is to not refund. Forced to purchase an a bed at a higher cost – to be delivered next day. Offered their "luxury pillows" as a gesture of goodwill they too are a rubbish.
Advice is steer clear of this company . Buy from a reputable company with better customer service and cares for their customers.
Having being a Sky customer for the past 17 years, we have just recommended yet another person to them - £75 M&S voucher for us and same for the friend. Wanted to book a future date for installation. Process the application and bang! 'error occurred', please try later. Nine days and endless calls to Sky later they had to relent and do the booking for us AND honour the vouchers. And to add insult to injury to us, one of our 'recommendees' has the same top package as we do and are paying £25 per month less!!!! Where is the reward for staying loyal?
Just placed a large order (second one) with Tesco direct.com Over a £1K actually. Wanted it delivered on specific date to a new build property. System would not take new postcode and did not offer a manual input. Advised to make the order and then ring back and they will manually adjust address and date. Address changed fine. Order not! After at least sixteen calls to them we were eventually told that the order had been rebooked to delivery on the required date. NOT. 24 of the 68 items ordered turned up by courier the next day!!! refused delivery and contacted Tesco direct. Told had to cancel order, receive a refund and then reorder a couple of days before.......Yeah right, gonna sit there for another 3 hours + on the website. So about four hours later and leaving it in their lap to sort out, they came back and said they would 'hold' the order and honour all the prices (up or down) and delivery on the date required.......Let's see. Please don't let us down Tesco.....?
Having used Car Parts 4 Less for the last four months, we cannot fault the delivery, parts, service nor price. We have already told family members and friends to use the service and they too have no faults. Find yourself a private, trusted mechanic and order the required parts from Car Parts 4 less and save money on car and van repairs....we did! Thanks for the service so far and looking forward to doing future business...
