Efficient, safe and helpful service
Recently, I ordered 9 matching green satin ties for the men at our daughter's wedding. They arrived within 3 days, individually wrapped, in several packages so that they would go throught our letterbox and with the benefit of a bulk order discount. A friendly, sympathetic, efficient service when you need it most!
From the start, the agent engaged with both myself and the circumstances of my accident. This was not in a sloppy, smothering way but a constructive and supportive way, a sign that she was really listening not only to the words but 'between the lines'. She skilfully helped me through quite a lengthy set of questions, helped me with giving my account of the accident by asking questions to qualify certain details and instructed me clearly about what would happen next. At no time did I feel unable to understand the procedure.
