Twice they have promised that my money will be in the bank on the day they receive the phone and both times they have delivered. Worth paying couple of quid to send recorded delivery. Vodaphone said £22 for iphone 3. Mazuma gave me £60. They've earned my loyalty.
One whole week with collection being promised every day. Completely arrogant attitude form Chat staff. No response to my feedback.
£22 for overnight delivery and it will now be 10 days. Feedback is crucial so if my customer now leaves bad feedback, my whole business is affected. This is the second nightmare I've had with them and I tried them again because the boss promised me that the poor service I had last time was unusual. I've had to click 1 star but by choice i would clinck none.
