ordered on 17th April - after a week I emailed and no response so phoned - told I would get a call back which never happened. emailed again and I finally find out on 2nd may that they have been lost by courier are no longer in stock.
According to my order status they never actually got despatched!
Offered other shoes instead but I specifically wanted the ones I had ordered so requested refund.
Refund has yet to be issued.
Not a happy customer and won't ever buy from here again.

We do not lie.
Iron Fist send these out directly and screwed up - they lost them - For some reason they sent them to our warehouse by mistake for us to send on. Our warehouse never got them so there was no tracking number enetered. This doesn't normally happen and I apologise for the inconvenience. However we do not lie and what you were told was the truth. Louise is very upset by your remarks because what happened was out of her control and she was completely straight with you. She wss not expecting such a harsh review as she did her best. She has now refunded you.
I am sending you a £25 voucher by way of an apology, if you can find it in your heart to forgive us you may try spending it at some point.
