Could do better !
My grip is the broadband I have with them the service could be better I've been with O2 a few years and you don't get anything for loyalty

Been with love film a while now the post service is very good but the products they offer could be better especially with more competition appearing the games you get most need a key code to go online and as you don't get the code the game is useless to me online film offerings could be better they only have a limited amount when there are so many films out there

Not as good as it could be
I used the home delivery twice and on both occasions the wrong products delivered or you get nothing at all ok they reimburse you money but the product would be better I have seen the drivers going around the store collecting products for delivery and they have no idea of customer satisfaction they just pick anything so long as its similar to the product ordered !! Badly run

This service used to be good until they changed things so you get status updates out of sync with time hence don't use it much now

Good fast service
The service I got overall was very good. A fast delivery item as described. My only niggle was the product itself was faulty after a couple of days so is no good now :(
