Good Advice....Now I Have a Nice Zeppelin Air!!
I was considering a new speaker and had been researching the Zeppelin Air amongst others. I noticed HiFi Gear had some ex demo models and called....basically they were helpful and convinced me that this was worth the investment.
Basically the unit was in mint condition and very happy with my purchase!

Mis-Leading
I have bought one thing from FFX in the past and all was fine....however recently I have searched for two items and FFX shows up as cheapest with a free postage. If you go to the website then suddenly the price shown on Google is incorrect and they add postage.
The first time this happened, I called FFX and told them that this particular product was showing up as the cheapest once postage was taken into account, yet it changed once you try to execute the order through their site. They blamed Google (yes but Google must get their info from you?) and stated that postage was free after spending £85.
When I then went back to their site after putting the phone down, they put the price up of the original item rather than honouring the price to me and then changing.......very Ryanair!
If they sorted this out then sure they are ok to deal with...otherwise it's misleading

Excellent Service
Ordered the item from the website mainly due to price. However I was impressed that delivery was swift and I even had an email telling me when it would arrive and the name of the driver!

In regards to Google - at the time you placed your order (March 2012) Google shopping only allowed sellers to turn free shipping on or off across the whole range (over 50000 lines). There was no allowance for any terms. Thus as the majority of the products we sell are within our free shipping terms (over £89) this was viewed as the best course of action. We are sorry you find this misleading but we have made it very clear before purchase if there are any delivery costs. We are hoping Google will change this soon. Our Delivery costs for orders under £89 are also very reasonable and amongst the cheapest in the industry.
In regards to our pricing, we update our prices constantly depending on stock levels and varying supplier costs. If someone purchases the last item at a low cost price, leaving only items that were bought by us at higher cost price then the website price will automatically increase. Conversely if our cost price goes down the website price will automatically decrease - meaning you always get the best deal we can offer.
We are not misleading in our pricing. We are very competitive and always try to offer the best possible price as well as great service to our customers. You only have to read the thousands of great reviews our customers have written to see this for yourself.
