Not very good on this occasion.

Recieved email for 10% discount off phone booking for hotels,so
tried to book one in manchester which was on the list,copy of email to prove.The girl on the phone said manchester hotels were not included in the deal and as good as said i could not read. My husband then rang a diffrent person,in end he said hed have to charge my card the full amount and refund my 10% later as there wasnt a superviser on sundays.

We have now removed all restrictions on the 10% discount offer program that you were part of and re-briefed all our customer service staff accordingly. We believe this simpler approach (with no geographic restrictions) will avoid any recurrence of the service problems that your encountered.
