Paypal
Serves a purpose
This company fills a much needed hole. Unfortunately, it does it rather badly. All emphesis is placed eseesntially, on buyer protection, leaving us sellers completely open to fraud. Paypal tend tnot to be too bothered about small things like facts and reality, tending to ignore them when making decisions. The customer support line isn't too bad, but these folks can't make decisions and departments that do are uncontactable. As soon as another viable service comes along, I will use that.

Worst company ever - never use as they don't give a damn
I sell on ebay and tried yodel, here are my experiences:
They never collect on time, routinely 3-5 days late.
They routinely do not deliver on time.
I can't take parcels in to a depot that is 15 minutes from me.
Customer service is NO service as they simply respond "I'm not in the depot so i can't tell you anything sir" when asked why things haven't been collected or delivered.
Price is not the cheapest
Drivers rude and unprofessional.
Everything about this company is bad and you'd do better off using anyone other than HDNL/YODEL
