I ordered a couple of light fittings thinking 10 days was sufficient delivery time to book an electrician. They had not arrived after 8 days (no email sent to advise of delay) so contacted them. All the stops were pulled out, a complimentary set of lamps included as a sorry and I was able to re-book the electrician for a few days later. Have suggested they email customers if delivery is to be more than a week say.

Beware if you have to cancel a flight and your original credit card has been cancelled. No online refund is possible nor do they respond positively to emails - you are stuck with an 0844 premium rate number (executive club members as well!) which allows the call to connect, keeps you on the line while they make some money out of you and then says they are very busy...please call back later! Not good enough BA - I have less trouble with Ryanair.
I was about to purchase a £550 laptop having found their web site very professional. Luckily I always look at reviews before buying anything on the web and found major problems with this company. They were given the chance 3 times to confirm that they would comply with the DSL (distance selling legislation) if anything went wrong with the laptop in the warranty period. No replies at all so I strongly recommend you purchase elsewhere.
