When you are having problems with your services i think you have to wait far to long for them to be rectified.
Another problem one that i have already made clear to virgin in the past is communication when talking to some operator it is sometimes difficult to make them understand what your problem is this only adds to the frustration .
All of the adminniistation side of it ordering dispatch ect. first class, but my only conplaint would be againsts some of the musical cds i have ordered.(60smusic).
On your own reviews it states original artists not disputing that and original recordings i am disputing that because some of thoes songs are not the origiinals.
This may sound petty but it is also misleading.
Your service for ordering and dispatch could not be better,but on the other hand i am not so sure about your product have been taking it now for over twelve months and have not saw any noticable improvements in the condition of my hair.
I am not sure after this current supply if i shall be ordering any more,and in view of what i have wrote above you can understand why.
I suppose in the battle against hair loss it will have to go down as another tried and tested failure.
