Mazuma Mobile
The handset I returned was in full working order and had never had any water damage, yet they stated they could only give a non-working price ((£46 less)). Friends also say this happened to them.
I had always used a rival to sell old handsets too with no problems what so ever, on this particular handset Mazuma where offering an additional £9 so i decided to give it a go, bad mistake. They stated that they would only give me a non-working price as the handset had failed a water damage test, 100% untrue as it had hardly been used and in my possession since new, the new offer price was £46 less than working. Since my experience I have spoken with friends and colleagues whom they or someone they know this also happend to, even though there handsets had no damage also. This was the first and last time I will use this service and will continue to tell others to look elsewhere

We emailed you a non-working offer on the same day we received you phone with an option to have the phone returned free of charge. You accepted the non-working offer and we made payment by same day bank transfer. Please note that most other mobile phone recyclers pay nothing for water damaged phones.
We are unable to comment on your friends experiences but can assure you that we run a very honest service which is supported by many positive reviews.
