WHY STATE THE VACUUM CLEANER IS IN STOCK WHEN IT IS NOT. AND WHY DID IT TAKE 4 PHONECALLS OVER 15 MINUTES EACH BEFORE YOU FINALLY COME CLEAN AND ADMIT THAT THE CLEANER WAS NOT IN STOCK.
