I have recently had a rediculous experience with MyHermes via courier broker Interparcel.com. I booked a parcel to be collected on a monday, no show, so I rang interparcel who said that for some reason MyHermes had not received the booking so they would book it in on the next available slot which was on the Wednesday, Wednesday arrived and interparcel emailed me to say that unfortunately the parcel would have to be picked up on the Thursday instead because of a booking error! Today is Thursday and MyHermes had a slot between 8am-7pm to pick my parcel up, it is now 8pm and they didn't turn up, it's a joke, they just refuse to pick up my parcel! I have now been forced to cancel my order and go with someone who knows what they are doing (UPS). MyHermes via Interparcel - very poor.
