I would give no stars to these bunch of jokers if that was an option!
I haven't heard from them at all about my bean bag order which I placed on 7th November last year. I've repeatedly tried to call them and contact them via their online contact us form. I've never heard anything back from them at all. They have no customer service to speak of what soever. The worst thing is I get regular newsletters from them about their offers! Has anyone out there actually got in touch with these people and had any luck in getting a refund or the products they have actually ordered. On their web site they say they have 'Over 100,000 happy cutomers' but how many unhappy customers do they have???
