Expensive sofa, bad quality

I bought an Italian sofa from Habitat on Tottenham Court Road just two years ago for £2299 (Sidney - one they still continue to sell!). Over this period it has continued to dip and sink in the middle, so now it is nigh impossible to sit on it without damaging your back. I've been in contact with the company and they fail to repond nor give any help in resolving this issue. As it is, I have no option but to throw out my sofa and invest in a new one...That's £2000 down the drain on a supposedly "quality" "Italian" sofa - rubbish as far as I'm concerned. DON'T BUY YOUR SOFA FROM HABITAT!
