Great concept...terrible execution.
I was excited to hear about the concept but I don't think they've done it very well. The jewellery is 'meh', and the quiz is 'meh' and the general design and everything else is also 'meh'. Why didn't they be a bit more creative with it all?!

Great clothes, but terrible refund policy.
Stupidly ordered the wrong size in one item, so I rang the helpline about 3 minutes after the order. 'Unable to make any amendments to the order' is their rule, so I was recommended to cancel the entire order. The lady I was speaking to said she had cancelled the order, and that I would receive a refund soon. Great, I thought! 4 working days went past and I began to worry that the money wasn't in my account yet, so I rang the helpline again.....'sorry, your order has been dispatched', 'okay, what's the best way to return the order', 'don't open the package, but write received on it and return to sender', 'alright, that's fine, when will I receive a refund', 'in 28 to 29 days after we've received the package'......'WHAT?!' I received the package the next day and returned it straight away by recorded delivery...still waiting for my refund and they haven't communicated with me to tell me they've received my returned package. Hopefully they have, and hopefully I'll receive my refund soon. Terribly sad, as their clothes are so nice but they are terrible and communication, and their returns policy is atrocious! The 2 stars are purely for the fact that I think they have a great range of clothing, accessories, and home ware. Otherwise....they suck!
Ebay
Easy, quick, safe, and overall....satisfying!
I haven't bought on ebay yet, however I am a keen seller, and I love it! Instead of just giving stuff to a charity shop, or having it sat at the back of your cupboard, it's so fun to sell it on ebay. I was nervous initially but they guide you through the process with ease, and it's just great! Definitely recommended....don't be scared to give it a try!

Quick, easy, and very pleased with the price received.
I had an old phone which I was dying to get rid of but didn't know where I would get the best deal for it. So I went on a price comparison site, and 'CEX' came up with the top price. However when I went into store they said my phone was 'too damaged' (all was intact but the back was just slightly loose). So they didn't take it off me. The 2nd best result on the price comparison site was Money 4 Ur Mobile.....sent it away with ease (recorded delivery - just in case), got an e-mail very quickly to say they had received it, and the amount I was able to get for it. A cheque came in the post the next day! Fantastic overall!!!!! So pleased I chose Money 4 Ur Mobile!!!!!!
