I ordered a Maja Aspen White Laptop Computer Hideaway from Saxen, and it was delivered very promptly. Customer services were great, I called them over a very minor matter, the line was busy but they called me straight back, which is quite refreshing in these days of endless telephone queuing. The delivery people called me and told me what time they were going to deliver. I was a little disappointed with the quality of the item I ordered, there was a small mistake in the building instructions and I had to use longer screws for the desk hinges as they fell out the first time I opened it but I had searched thoroughly and Saxen price was £40 cheaper than anywhere else, including amazon, for this particular item of furniture so I can't complain.
I first started using medicanimal because they had the cheapest Feliway I could find, with the added bonus of no delivery costs! Since then I have used this site for a variety of pet needs such as flea and worm treatments and speciality cat food. With a few exceptions the prices are lower than comparable sites but the main reason I keep going back is the free delivery on everything! It is so much easier when you can order what you need when you need it and not having to try and think of everything you need at once to put in one big order so you can minimise the delivery cost. Last week I had just done an order for cat food and then realised my cats were due for flea treatments, so instead of running down to the pet shop to avoid delivery charges on a small order I could just put in another order at no extra cost.
I am afraid I have been rather disappointed with Sainsbury's online grocery shopping, The website is not very user friendly and there is no opportunity to write notes to the shopper. The goods when delivered are not always of the standard that I would choose for myself, such as black marks on cauliflower and back bacon which looks like streaky. I have had to return items because of poor quality. I have also had to return broken eggs and split yogurt pots. Somehow Sainsbury's do not match up to the other big supermarkets when it comes to online grocery shopping.
I was pleased with the funeral posy, it was pretty much as the picture on the website showed, and the price was very reasonable compared to other websites. I would have liked the option, when ordering, to have more than one card, as when it is from more than one family member each person may wish to give their own message. I had a little difficulty with the checkout process and found the online assistant rather unhelpful but otherwise I was very satisfied.
