Faulty goods not acknowledged - won't accept liability

I bought a sound bar from Vmaxx in February. After 2 months it only worked intermittently; now it doesn't work at all. Vmaxx said I should contact the manufacturer which I did but they said that faulty goods purchased in ROI are covered by the supplier warranty not the manufacturer. Vmaxx now won't respond to my e-mails so I have complained to the UK European Consumer Centre (Trading Standards).

This is not a Vmaxx.ie issue as this product is covered under the manufacturers warranty. We have also contacted Lenco on behalf of this customer and they also won't do anything for us so now our supplier has taken up the case. We should be contacted prior to these reviews being posted as in most cases these people do not include all relevant information.

Vmaxx.ie are not liable for the manufacturers warranty on this product and it needs to be take up with Lenco.
