Ebuyer is not what it was, their support seems to depend on who answers the phone. I was told (17:30 21/03/2013) that it was not a persons job to assist with Yodel delivery issues as they had not yet attempted delivery and it was due tomorrow, even though they (Yodel) had turned up and played knock and run yesterday, then only delivered part of the order when I chased the van this morning! Other people are very polite and offer to help but nothing happens.
Yodel are and are renown for being effectively useless, Ebuyer is going the same way! Surely customer service is everyone's job as sales outlet!
Customer experience is everything, there are other companies that know and retain this value, use one of them not Ebuyer, the deal may not be quite so good but if there is an issue you will have more chance of getting it sorted.
Not good, one customer of many years who is unlikely to use them again, especially while they use Nodel, sorry Yodel.

Every time I have a delivery involving this lot it results in a 50 mile round trip to collect it parcel! I does not matter if it will fit through the letter box or if I am in, they post a card and run.
I now avoid sellers that use Nodel.

I never worry about buying from Broadbandbuyer either form their site, or from their EBay shop; if I have an issue I know it will be sorted quickly and without argument. Not only that I know that what I order will do what they say it will. No fuss, no worry and a reasonable price on top. Can't ask for much more.
