Amazing value, excellent quality, fast delivery.
I was looking for 5 square metres of new tiles for the kitchen and looking to support local businesses I visited my local Topps Tiles where I found a lovely little Italian tile for £44 per square metre. Through casual internet research I then found Tons of Tiles offering the same tile for £18 per square metre. Even with their standard £29-50 delivery charge the total saving on my order was over £100. I ordered a sample from Tons of Tiles to check the brand and tile quality and this was delivered within 24 hours. I offered Topps Tiles the opportunity to price match but even with my tiler offering his Trade Discount Card they admitted they could not get anywhere close. I then placed a full order with Tons of Tiles on Friday afternoon, which was delivered 100% intact by safe pallet load on the following Monday. I highly recommend this supplier.

Best price and advertised delivery target met
PRC Direct advertised the lowest price on the net for the Onkyo A/V amp that I had selected to buy following thorough research on the net. I telephoned on a Thursday to buy over the phone and was told that they had only one left in stock and that if I bought over the net at that moment I was guaranteed the item. I followed their advice and despite an initial immediate e-mail acknowledgement from PRC I spent a nervous couple of days waiting for an e-mail to confirm purchase and delivery details. In the end I phoned again on the Monday afternoon to be told that the item had been dispatched for delivery that day. The amp actually arrived next day, on Tuesday, with the tracking info confirming that it had not been dispatched until after my telephone call. Despite this delay I accept that the item was delivered within their advertised delivery target, was well packaged, and I am very satisfied with both the product and the value-for-money that PRC Direct offered.
