Its easy to say that a company is 'good' when your item comes on time with no issues but when it goes wrong you can really judge their performance and i'm please to say Heinnie Haynes were brilliant.
My parcel was lost in the post (lets give royal mail the benefit of the doubt as Christmas is busy) but after a reply to an email that I sent a few hours before to Heinnie's customer services' , a replacement was sent the same week.
