After updating our prescriptions, I ordered two pairs of glasses for my wife. As usual these arrived in record time, however she could not see clearly through them. On checking the prescription, I had entered a minus instead of plus. I phoned Glasses Direct and explained the problem and also that it was my mistake. Not only was the problem sorted out free of charge, but I was also sent a pre-paid label to return the glasses to have the correct lenses fitted. Glasses Direct have to be rated as one of the best on-line companies I have ever used, and this statement from someone who conducts the majority of business on-line, is not a comment made lightly.
