Great customer service & delivery

It's just shopping on-line as it should be. Great prices, no hassle, & when I dealt with customer services they were polite and friendly, unlike some who are stuffy and uptight (so why they work in customer services I don't know?!)

A great point was their delivery service - where many other on-line companies get it wrong these guys get it right. They send an email and text with a tracking number, and give you a 1 hour delivery slot which if not convenient, you can re-arrange by text or email. Really very good.

I'm well impressed, these guys get it right.
