Poort Quality Product
I received my order after a wait of almost two weeks, despite it being 'in stock'. The phone case I ordered for my Galaxy S3 was poor quality and didn't fit well. (http://ie.mobilefun.com/35132-flexishield-case-for-samsung-galaxy-s3---clear.htm)
Added to this was the fact that on contact with the back of the S3 you had air pockets that you could never get rid of that made it look terrible. When you buy a lovely phone you want a case that compliments the looks of the phone and protects the phone too. It does not look good, especially in the clear version, and the fit could be a lot better. Not great really!
All in all my opinion is that Mobilefun are charging premium prices for cheap sub-standard products. I have seen these cases for less than half the price in my local phone shop...
Handtec
Two weeks later, order still not received
I ordered a phone two weeks ago and have had nothing but lies and incompetence from Handtec.co.uk.
They have promised on numerous occasions that it was en route, however it has still not arrived.
It was marked as being in stock for next day delivery, then I waited several days and heard nothing. I contacted them and they said it had been sent, but it clearly had not.
Then they said it was sent to the wrong address and didn't have another phone to replace it. Meanwhile the web page for the product still says the phone is in stock.
What a bunch of liars. Do not waste your time with these crooks.
