Extremely Bad Service, Do Not Use!

After waiting in *all* day (on a Saturday), listening for the door & watching for vans, I got curious at 5.30pm & checked the Tracking Number to find any news of my delivery.

Apparently, It was 'Signed For' at 1.47pm...????

Signed by who? Certainly not me! No card. No knock. No parcel.

I have no idea who signed for it, no idea where it is, and thanks to Hermes god-awful (read: nonexistent) customer service - I have no way to find out!

Avoid this company at all costs - you will regret using them.
