I had been searching for fibre tip refills for my Waterman pen. The Cultpen website nor only informed me they are no longer but also recommended another make that would fit my pen which were considerably cheaper and available in a range of colours.
What's more, the order was dispatched the very next day and arrived 24 bours later.
I was very impressed and would cerriainly recommend them
I have paid for 2 separate vouchers - but have received neither product
The first was for a tooth whitening stick where I was able to download the voucher and access the relevant website direct to confirm the order - but the pruduct has still not been delivered to me several weeks later
The second was a Swarvorski bracelet and earrings set - but I haven't even been able to download the voucher
I have emailed th customer support unit and received an email back to say I would receive a response within 2 working days - but nothing
I have tried to call them on countless occasions but there is always a recorded message saying they are busy dealing with other customer enquiries and to use the website - clearly there is intended to be no ability to speak to them direct
I still wish to proceed with the purchases - for which I have of coursed already paid - and trust KGB will have the decency to deal with my filed complaint
