I needed the glasses urgently as I could not drive without them. They updated the order status to "sent to lab". I waited 14 days; I then emailed them asking where they were, to which they replied "thank you or your order, please send us your glasses prescription" (which I had already done 15 days before. I would then have had to wait another 14 days to receive them if they'd have come. I could not drive. "should have gone to specsavers" has never felt more appropriate.
