now headed well into the second week with no product
I have been waiting almost two weeks but they wasted no time securing my payment with a shipping cost. I am being charged to ship something that hasn't shipped when the site stated they had plenty to meet the demand. If nothing by COB Monday, I will demand my entire refund, report them to the BBB and inform Dr Oz his name is being sullied.

The Dr. Oz segment that featured Pure Green Coffee Bean was a complete surprise to us, and please know that Dr. Oz does not endorse any brand of product. Pure Health happens to be the only on-line retailer that offers a 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract with no additives or fillers, so understandably, our business has soard over the last week and we are working double shifts, seven days a week, with added staff to accommodate the demand. We hope that this information will help you to be understanding and patient as we do everything possible to alleviate the situation.
