Used Milano Express through this site and received nothing but horrendous service and food! We ordered online which took about 4 minutes for the payment to go through and when we rang Milano to confirm it had been processed, they said it had come through but with no address and asked me to 'just re do it'. Obviously I said no as it hadn't occurred to them I'd be charged twice. They said they'd ring this provider to get the address. I asked if they could call me back to confirm it's the correct one as he said he wouldn't take my address over the phone; needless to say I didn't receive a call back. When I called back an hour later to see where my food was, they said he was at my door when he wasn't so they said he didn't know. About 10 minutes later, I got a call from the delivery man saying he was lost. In total, it took an hour and a half to reach us! When it got here it was stone cold and had to reheat. It all tasted awful so just chucked it! Horrific service and am angry that this site just lets any old business use it. Will NOT be using again.
