Having been very pleased on a previous occasion, four years ago, with Babla's service, I recently enquired online, about the supply of an Armani watch strap. Babla's website showed hat my item was out of stock but that they would email me as soon as the strap was available. That is what happened. I received an email several days later and I ordered the strap which was then delivered promptly and well packaged. Great website and great service! Thank you.

My Panasonic camcorder arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged. I was a little concerned to learn of the Hong Kong connection because of consumer concerns about cloning and fakes to be found in HK but there is no evidence of anything "dodgy" about my order. The price I paid was well below even places like Lewis's and Jessops. Having ordered on a Monday, my credit card was debited on the following Wednesday, so I expected shipment to happen on the Thursday or Friday of that week. However, I was informed the following Monday that my order had been shipped and true to their word, it arrived the next day.
