I ordered my trampoline mat on Sunday 29th April was advised that it was dispatched Monday 30th April due to your postcode search not bringing up the word farm this could not be delivered if the courier was using sat nav there would not of been a problem. I contacted both your company and the courier to correct the error and was advised that this would be out for delivery Thursday 3rd May we are now at the 6th May and as yet I have still not received my delivery. I can appreciate that you are not in control of your courier however,from day 1 I gave my mobile number and as yet no one has contacted me. So unfortunately I cannot give a good review I was looking to order other parts however, due to my experience I will be looking elsewhere.
