09:35 today I made an order for business cards and paid immediately with paypal.
10 min later I encountered I made a a typo developement instead of development and alerted their support right away.
11:57 i received their answer:
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend any orders once placed.
The reason for this is because we operate a highly automated workflow. Our system analyses each order as it arrives and batches it together with others that have the same size, number of printed sides, and finishing options. Those orders are then arranged together onto one large sheet, which is sent directly to be printed, together with the shipping labels. Orders come into this system continually, and each order can be on a sheet and on the press in a matter of minutes of the order being placed, and sometimes in a few seconds. To amend any order after this process has taken place would involve a manual intervention which would not only disrupt our workflow, but would be very costly and time consuming..............

If your system would have a spellchecker this would not have happened and also
if you would give an email to answer, By having to pass via Support of course its delayed. I needed only a few minutes to detect this mistake. Frist I looked for an email which was negative and than I had to use support.
When I alerted you you did no even had confirmed the purchase!
on the 31.Aug I booked a flight BCN-ARN, paid with paypal and recivd a Transaction number from Paypal. However no confrimation from Vueling, I send a message by email - no reply!. 01Sep I phoned and they person said I must contact firstname.lastname@example.org. I did but still 10 hrs after no reply from Vueling,
Would be easy for the customer support to find my booking via my name, but she refused - I must email them.
Good Airline but bad Customer support
I was making a reservation for San Diego. Its refreshing to see that the price they give in the beginning is also the price you pay in the end. And that they include all the different taxes and insurances alreday from the beginning.
I ordered for a certain date two articles totalling somewhat under EUR 1000. They only delivered 1 article for about EUR 150.00 when I phoned I have been told I will get an email : no email came. I then send two more emails no reply.
Now a month after they have delivered good for EUR 150 but they took paid for much more.
Today I have to call my bank to reverse the charge.
