There web site should be better.
Using the online shopping is really frustrating. Me and my Wife like to start a shopping list then add to it gradually as we think of things upto the cut of point for the slot time. But quite often the site times out and some items i have added to my basket just disappear. At times I've not realised this has happened until the order has been delivered and items I wanted are not there.
Far to many items on the web site are out of stock come the delivery. I couldn't get coffee filter papers after 4 weeks of orders.
Navigating around the the shopping site could be easier too. I can spend alot of time looking for sometihing because the item has been placed in obsecure categories.
On the plus side, there delivery drivers are very friendly and helpfull.
Other supermarket home delivery sites are much better. Asda should address this.

Easy to use web site, and rapid next day delivery. I would use the site again.
