Customer Service. Ha.

Ordered some flowers for the wife's birthday. Got an email saying "Unfortunately the order was placed after our cut-off time for deliveries today." But it wasn't. The email they sent was timed before the cut off date. They have ignored any further emails and I have received no compensation. Seeing as this was the first (and last) time I have used this company they have achieved a 100% failure rate. One to AVOID.
