I PLACED MY ORDER AT 3PM ON THE FRIDAY AND IT ARRIVED ON THE TUESDAY AT 8 30AM AS MONDAY WAS A BANK HOLIDAY SO IN MY OPINION VERY PROMPT. UNFORTUNATELY THE DOWELS SELECTED FOR DISPATCH WERE THE WRONG SIZE BUT A QUICK PHONE CALL AND REPLACEMENTS WERE ORGANISED FOR A NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
ALL STAFF I SPOKE TO WERE PLEASANT AND HELPFULL.

Let me just say we are very sorry about the mix-up and we will be sending through the new sizes immediately to get to you tomorrow which in total makes a delivery time of 2 business days - still WELL WITHIN THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME!
We always strive to correct mistakes as soon as they occur, whether they are our fault or the fault of a third party. So please rather than judging us by our mistakes, would you judge us by the way we dealt with your order and the service we have given to correct the mistake. Just so you know the entire delivery to you has cost us £24 in total, as we have only charged £5.95 we have definately paid the price for this mistake!!!
Anyway we hope to see you again and apologise for the inconvenience.
