The Shower Doctor Ltd

Great service at good price

Only simple product, curtain hooks to fit Croydex shower rail, but needed quickly for new tenants taking over property. Not able to find in stores and couldn't use shower curtain without them. Ordered late Sunday evening and delivered by early Tuesday morning. Right product at right price at right time. Very satisfied with service.

Product received and more than satisfied

Ordered Bosch food mixer for very competitive price. Received and have used it already and am very satisfied. It is a European model and therefore needs a UK adaptor to convert from 2-pin to UK 3-pin. We have one already so not a problem but UK buyers need to be made aware when ordering that they are not getting a standard UK model. Alsohave read other reviews about time it takes for delivery. Mine took about 2 weeks to arrive, maybe delivery lead times should be made clearer when ordering. OK if not in rush. Overall still think worthwhile service for price.

Edge & Wax

Excellent company

Have purchased Giro helmet and have had skiis serviced. Very pleased with product, service and customer service response on both occasions. Did have problems with FedEx on both occasions but accept those issues not directly under Edge & Wax's control. They did sort out delivery problems very promptly. Definitely worth checking out this company for reasonable prices and good service.

Hello Susan thanks for the review, I am sorry you had problems with Fedex (Do feel free to visit their Trustpilot Page to comment!) Unfortunately couriers are beyond our control, Fedex are however generally very good so I am sorry that on this occasion there was a slight issue!

Taps and Showers Direct Ltd

Wrong product advertised, but overall acceptable outcome

We ordered Duchess sink taps because they were advertised on website as having ceramic discs. When delivered they did not have ceramic discs. Had to go through handling company initially for response and had to chase up, but when Taps and Showers did phone back they were very apologetic and admitted their mistake. Offered replacement but made immediate refund onto credit card without question when we said we could not wait for replacement as had already left to travel to job where taps needed. So 2-stars only because of misleading advertising, but overall their response to the problem was satisfactory.
