My Nokia N8 has been plagued with problems since day one. Whilst the hardware seems solid, the software/firmware has only got worse wit each successive update, leading me to believe Nokia deliberately degrade their phones in the hope we as consumers will blindly upgrade to their latest handsets.
Their customer service was appalling and they never resolved the issues.
I strongly advise AGAINST any dealings with Nokia in any capacity.
The goods arrived very late, the customer service over the phone was very rude, misleading and utterly un-helpful. In future I will specifically request that any online purchases I make are NOT delivered by Yodel and that if the online retailer refuses/fails to ensure this that I shall simply take my business to someone who will use another courier. I thought <external link removed> of old were poor but Yodel re-wrote the book on terrible customer service this time

the online service I experienced with Jura Watches was second to none. The website was clear and easy to use, the prices were more or less the best I could find and the FREE next day delivery was unbelievable in that it actually was free and actually was next day- unlike some other sites who make these bold claims but fail to deliver. In addition, the fact that Jura offer a FREE returns service is also unheard of, though with this kind of service I doubt it is something they have to fulfill that often!
The item was well packaged and arrived safely in mint condition.
I have already recommended this company to several friends and will certainly return to Jura Watches when I next need anew timepiece.
