Our franking machine has stopped working. we are losing sales every day. We pay a contract but they haven't been to fix it, they don't answer emails. The Indian call center is useless (they put us through to someone selling mobile phone contracts)
All we can do now is stop paying- I dont care if the sue us they are in breach of contract.
Bought a dvd and it arrived faulty. They "said" they sent out another (they just happened to have another rare disc?) but nothing arrived
after one month I have no disc (as they asked for it back) and no replacement. They said a full refund had been issued but none came though and they stopped replying to emails. I have taken out a money claim online action against them plus costs just on principle as they are rip off merchents!!
had emails from "rosie" and "sarah" in customer service but of course they only reply once......

I bought a dvd through playtrade. the company sent out the wrong disc. they didint reply to EMAILS until i complained under fairtrade "guarrantee" asked to send disc back (I have recorded delivery proof of postage) after 2 weeks nothing has arrived and they dont reply to emails. The company in question is ZOVERSTOCKS.
no refund or further response. I will NEVER use play.com again and will contact small claims on principle....
