A polite and very efficient company

I have to admit that I was a little hesitant at first at the thought of sending my pieces of jewellery through the post but after reading the very clear instructions and taking note that it is sent by special delivery through the Royal Mail I decided to go ahead. When I contacted the company by telephone I was greeted in a friendly and polite manner from a most pleasant lady who spoke beautifully and who explained to me the procedure and was able to give me a quote for my gold there and then. It was then followed up by an email confirming the amount of which I was pleasantly surprised. I had stated that I would prefer a cheque through the post and this was of no bother and I received it within a few days. All in all I would definitely recomment this company to anyone.
