They are very aggressively prices which is great but the delivery times are often an absolute pain. If delivery had been within 2-3 days they would have had a 5 star rating from me but it usually takes a week and recently 5 weeks. I still use them for stuff that is not time critical due totally to their cheap pricing.
I have been using them for years. I find that the level of their eye test is very good and they spotted a problem early which was looked at by the hospital. Glasses quality has been good and recently I bought some glasses which made everything distorted. They got me in and replaced them the very next day. Had a few problems with wrong contact lenses being sent but again they sorted this problem out very quickly and to my satisfaction. The mark of a good company to deal with is how they sort problems out and they have always done well for me. Highly recommended.
Rang round for quotes from several companies and Aaduki's price was the most competitive and with no ridiculous clauses that would have voided some of the policies I had been quoted by other companies. Documentation has come through very quickly. Highly recommended.
I gave them a try because they were VERY cheap and to my amazement the pictures came back on good quality Kodak paper with vibrant colours and as good as anywhere else I have used. Will most certainly use them again and again.
Bought a home studio kit which was very well priced. One of the cables was faulty but the owner NEIL sent a new cable the same day which fixed the problem. Would use them again without reservation and often pass their name to others. Neil, the owner, also gave me some links to hints and tips on studio lighting. Altogether great.

Bought a blackberry and after 10.5 months it stopped working. Returned it to the local branch who had it a couple of weeks then got a call to collect it. On collecting it there was a note that they could not fix it but to ring a number at orange. rang that number and new phone arrived next day. They got to the bottom of the problem so 3 stars from me.
Had numerous orders fulfilled by SVP. Always very keen pricing and quick delivery. Never had any problems with them at all.
Very quick delivery despite being half way round the world and even refunded me part of the import duty (on 1xcamera and 1xlens - these were items that had this promise on them). Paid by bank transfer which did worry me a bit at the time but had no need to worry as items all arrived as promised and I got a further discount for paying that way. Would use again but the currency rate is not making them expensive
I have used Scan numerous times it the past and found their service very good. Their stock quantities were not always brilliant but they seem to have fixed that now holding vast amounts and most items are in stock. I use them as my first choice when buying computer kit now.
Brilliant service. Very quick and the prices were very good. They even matched someone else's price on an item were there price was not as good and sent me a free Nikon hat. Used them several times now and always had great service. When one item did not work (not their fault) they went out of their way to sort the problem and did so. Will use them as first choice for everything camera related now.
Item ordered via ebay on 26th December 2009. Item arrived after 9 days but was faulty. Contacted Link Delight and they spent a week making ridiculous suggestions before confirming that they believed it to be faulty. They said send it back by air mail with a proof of posting as it is cheaper than tracked and less likely to go missing in China and less likely to be held up by customs. After 6 weeks I still had had no replacement and they still said it had not arrived. I put in a paypal dispute at which point Link Delight said they had received the grip and were checking it so I could cancel the dispute. I left it and they eventually said it was faulty and they were out of stock. I sent them a message as someone else asking if they had stock to which they said they did so I asked them for my grip again. They then said they were sending it. I then found out the dispute had failed as I had not sent it tracked! Still not got the grip and out of pocket for the grip and the postage back to China. Would have left 0 feedback if you could.
I would love to be proved wrong about Link Delight. They have lots of items that I would buy from them and I still want a grip. I am a member of a large photography forum and people are watching this with interest.
Added 26th March 2010 - I really hope that my grip arrives as per the update from them below and I am happy with it. I have spoken to many people who are happy with their stuff and their are lots of items that I would like to buy from Link Delight.
Added 6th April 2010 - The grip arrived this morning and works. I am still rather unhappy about the time it has taken from start to finish which is 106 days BUT it is here now and that is the main thing. I will probably use Link Delight again but will be sure to send anything back using SIGNED FOR post in future although their stuff does seem to be of good quality and I have not found other people with the same problem (which if it was a problem then I am sure I would have as I am on a large photography forum!).
So yes their grips are good quality and yes it arrived eventually so that makes it a 3 star experience now.
