Excellent service with treats for the cats thrown in :)

Website is easy to navigate, had some excellent offers on large bags of dog food and has a good selection of products. Order and payment process is quick and easy. Delivery from dispatch took 5 workings days so would probably order in plenty of time as I was a little close to the end of the current bag of dog food when I ordered but we made it, came by Fed Ex courier. Items all arrived in excellent condition and much to my cats delight there were a couple of bags of treats thrown in as an extra on top of our order. This site is not as well known as some of the others I have used for ordering my animal products online but I can thoroughly recommend them and shall be happy to use them in the future, it is likely that I shall use them for both Cat and Dog food and treats if purchasing to keep delivery costs down.

Fast and reliable service and good value for money.

This is the 4th of 5th time I have used Medic Animal, we need a lot of items with a multitude of pets here :) Medic Animal allows me to use quality products on my pets without paying the inflated prices at the vets.

Easy to use website and excellent customer care!!

I ordered 2 items and paid through paypal. I had a quick response from the company to explain that they no longer had 1 of the items and that I had only been charged for one (which I obviously checked and was right enough).
Fast postage and item was well packaged. Highly recommended!!

Sort out your deliveries!!!

I have used MP for over 2 years now and have always found the service from start to finish fantastic, however this year it has been horrendous, my last order I paid extra for next day courier (ordered on a Thursday at 11am well within the same day dispatch period) I received a mail that afternoon to say it had been dispatched, Friday came with no sign off it, contacted MP they couldn't give me a tracking reference for it, eventually got the tracking reference on the Monday and it ended up that they didnt give it to the courier until Friday afternoon. The items arrived on Monday afternoon and after a few mails I got them to refund the extra payment for next day delivery as they had not delivered. Its such a shame as the products are fantastic but your only as good as the service you provide and this area is definately lacking recently. I wouldnt be so quick to blame the courier, MP are marking items as dispatched without actually dispatching them by the looks of things, please sort it out!
