I like a quick and easy search site, when ask Jeeves appears I always sigh as sometimes it does get in the way! Sorry Jeeves but I dont like the way your page is set out!

Yes I am nosy and love to know what the properties are going for in my area, its great too for seeing what is out there that is beyond our reach (someday maybe eh) easy to use and good clear images! Great property site all at the click of a button!

Ease of playing the lottery online
I find playing online to be much easier in my busy lifestyle, its quick and its easy! Its one star short only because when I put my lottery on, my husband recieves a txt everytime, and I cannot find how to turn this alert off!

Customer Service can be a nightmare
I had been with Talktalk for a a few years, but found having to speak to their call centres a nightmare! The customer care service has improved but you are put from one person to another and none seem to note up correctly! I have moved as I thought as a loyal customer I could have be treat better than I was! Plus download capping was a big issue, and I was getting charged much more! Come on guys take a look what other companies are doing, if you want loyal customers to stay loyal!

Great Online Shopping once you get started on there
I have only just in the past couple of months started using Amazon, I have ordered about half a dozen products and each and all have been sent within the allotted time and is packaged well! And usually the products have saved me money! I will be ordering more!

Customer Services via online is Second to None
I have been using Argos for some years now, and had a problem with a product recently! Instead of calling direct I emailed the complaints department, who promptly rang me back within 20 minutes of my email, the problem was resolved! I work as a customer advisor myself and was very impressed how they handled my complaint! I would say that was the best and quickest response from any customer services department I have ever used! Top marks to the staff!

EXCELLENT SERVICE
I had problems with my card online so rang this company up and they were fantastic in dealing with my enquiry and order! They sorted out my payment over the phone, sent my order within a couple days, which was packaged great! I would not hesitate in using this company again! Excellent Service and Great Products too.
