Good communication, fast & professional service - great !
I ordered some RAM modules for my mac - the first pair they sent did not work (the risk of buying cheap, Hyper-Ram I guess..) - the company exchanged the modules super-quick (with Freepost) & the replacements work just fine. I don't mind having to return the first modules - they communicated well throughout the process & did exactly what they said they would - get my Mac up & running again quickly & cheaply.
