The order process was fine and after a week the delivery date was agreed. Took the day off work to wait for the log cabin and the driver rings at 11am to say he is not coming until tomorrow due to Waltons messing up his drop off schedule. Took the morning off work the next day and when the driver turned up, he was on his own. Luckily I was able to assist him with the load otherwise I am not sure how he would do it. I found that two Galbles were smashed by a forklift so called waltons for replacement parts. They told me 3 days for delivery but they never turned up. They then told me 15 days for delivery of the parts or £35 compensation. This was 18 days ago and I have still heard nothing. I have had to build the cabin and repair the parts as the wood is not treated and would of been in The garden for 3 weeks. Cabin is good quality. Customer service is non existent . ( Its now November 28th and the broken parts have still not been replaced and they havent even contacted me) Cowboys
