Very fast service and the product arrived the next day. My only gripe is around the use of the phrase ' Click and collect' as Tesco themselves have such a service and unless you have used Bybox previously this can lead to a lot of confusion.....

I paid over £100 for 20 red roses as a gift for my wife on our tenth wedding anniversary. The flowers were delivered on time for a suprise party later that evening.
By the time of the party the flowers had already started to look disheveled and on inspection it transpired that they were stood in a block of green oasis foam which had dried out!
I would expect that an arrangement of that size would come in a bag containing gel oasis and be capable of supporting the flowers for at least a couple of days.
I have complained to Interflora via their 'contact us' page but with no response in over 36 hours....
