Timewasters at call centre promised call back. Nothing. Awaiting delivery. The package flies 10,000 miles in 36 hrs and can't make the last 50 on time. The package is still missing. The irony is that I'm having a meeting with a UPS rep to talk about a deal for transporting fragile high value goods for my company. The contract's worth 150k; not much; but hey, I guess I know better now.
