Good but need to make sure lids are on pots of treats!

I have had good service from VioVet in terms of speed but my most recent delivery is the second in which the lid on a pot of treats came off and spilt all over the order. It was a real pain.

Please accept our apologies for this. I can only every see this one order from you (but you say that this has happened before, was the previous order from us?) I have put a £5 credit as an apology on your account and also put a note on our warehouse picking system against this product to ask the picker ensure that the lids of these items are always checked before being sent out. We, of course, never send them with the lid already off, but we will now ensure that it is tight so this should not happen again. Again, please accept our apologies for this mistake.
