Rubbish customer service
I left Vodafone after my phone got damaged a few weeks before due contract upgrade. I paid insurance so they would fix it but had to be sent away. No loan phone in shop so they offered me a £10 phone which I agreed to but when they looked none of these!!! I asked if I could do my upgrade instead but they said NO - the service was terrible so I paid to come out of my contract and now have an Apple I-phone with Orange which I love. The customer service with Orange has been excellent plus I can go to the cinema half price on a Wednesday.

Safe and secure and convenient
I love Paypal so easy and convenient plus security online. If you don't pay by paypal when you can you need to think about it!!
Amazon
No nonsense and easy to find what you want
Everything I order comes quickly. I use the Amazon credit card so check out quick and I earn Amazon vouchers. I joined prime so free postage on all Amazon products. First port of call for me for lots of online shopping

Excellent Customer Service
A bottle of small pet cage cleaner had leaked in the delivery box. I contacted the company and they sent another one free of charge straight away and didn't expect the leaked one back. Each order I've had has come quickly and the prices are excellent.
